ViQuest Rewards
This award-winning wellness and disease management program is free to all University Health Systems employees. Spouses and adult dependents enrolled in the corporate medical plan may also participate at no charge.
Our team encourages employees to make healthy lifestyle changes to improve their overall health and wellness. The ViQuest Rewards team offers the following services:
- Nutritional counseling
- Exercise consultation
- Wellness specialists programming
- Nurse case management
- Health and wellness initiatives and challenges
You can enroll in ViQuest Rewards by completing your WellScreen (during your annual employee health screening or other scheduled times), by health care provider referral or self-referral. A WellScreen is our clinical assessment tool that provides you immediate results of the following tests.
- Cholesterol (Total, LDL, HDL)Triglycerides
- Blood sugar
- Blood pressure/heart rate
- Height and weight
- Waist measurement
The next step is to complete your Personal Wellness Profile. This online assessment asks you specific questions about your nutrition, exercise and health behaviors. Please have your WellScreen results in hand so you can enter them into the profile. When you are done, read your report to learn more about your health risks and tips on how you can improve.
Most people are encouraged to eat healthier and become more physically active. However, if you have high risk factors or specific medical needs, you will be asked to consult with one of our nurse case managers who may recommend our case management program which provides one-on-one nursing, nutrition, exercise consultation, pharmacology consultation and a pharmacy incentive.
